Caitlyn Conner

Caitlyn Conner is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Strategic Human Resources Business Partner at The Aerospace Corporation since May 2023. Previous experience includes a role as Human Resources Business Partner at Grocery TV from December 2019 to March 2023, where Caitlyn progressed through several positions from People Operations Manager to Senior People Operations Manager. Prior experience encompasses managing member company programs at the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas and serving as Cofounder and COO at a personal startup venture. Additionally, Caitlyn held the position of Lead Operations Manager at Zen Well while pursuing studies at the University of Texas at Austin. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from both The University of Texas at Austin and Baylor University.
