Margaret Jean

Margaret Jean, M.E, CDP, serves as a dynamic leader in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Moog Inc., where involvement includes being a nominated member of Moog's Diversity Equity and Inclusion Council and acting as Chief Diversity Officer. With extensive experience in aerospace software engineering, including roles such as Section Head of Test System Software and Senior Software Engineer, Margaret has contributed significantly to the development and validation of safety-critical aeronautical applications. Additionally, as Presiding Officer of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Committee in Moog India Technology Center, responsibilities include adhering to legal provisions and providing guidance.
