Niki W.

Niki W. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Niki started their career in 2002 as a Relationship Manager at Digital Generation Systems, where they worked with national accounts. In 2004, they joined Contact Science, LLC as the VP of Operations and stayed with the company until 2013. Niki then had a short-term role as an Adjunct Instructor in the STEM Education Program at Frontiers Of Flight Museum in 2014. In 2016, they became an Adjunct Faculty at Southern Methodist University, teaching at the Hart Ctr for Engineering Leadership & Lyle School of Engineering until 2018. Niki then joined Northrop Grumman Corporation as part of the Organizational Development team in the Enterprise Information Management & Analytics division. Niki worked there until 2018 and subsequently moved to Moog Inc. as the Manager of Organizational Change. In 2019, they were promoted to the Director of Global IT Strategy and Planning at Moog Inc.

Niki W. completed a Master's Degree from Southern Methodist University in 2016. Prior to that, they attended California State University, Fullerton and the University of Notre Dame, although it is unclear if they obtained any degrees from these institutions. In 2015, they obtained the Mediator certification from the State Supreme Court of Texas.
