Olga Jovic

Olga Jovic is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the design and development of medical devices and components, particularly in compliance with GMP and ISO standards. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Moog Medical Devices Group since March 2007, Olga specializes in therapeutic and surgical ultrasound devices, fluid sensing control, and device qualification processes. Prior to this role, Olga was involved in significant R&D initiatives at ZEVEX from April 2000 to March 2007 and held the position of R&D Senior Mechanical Engineer at UNIS in the former Yugoslavia from June 1979 to May 1992. Olga's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from University Džemal Bijedić Mostar. Notable contributions include the design of surgical devices designed for extended lifetimes through multiple sterilization cycles and protective packaging for device transport.
