Minami Rojas is the Vice President of Growth at Moogsoft. Minami has over eight years of experience in growth and marketing roles at tech companies including Google and PagerDuty.

Rojas began their career as a Senior Account Executive at H.Bloom, a luxury flower delivery service, where they were responsible for new customer acquisition. Minami then joined Google as part of the Demand Management team. In this role, they helped large enterprises plan and forecast their technology needs.

After two years at Google, Rojas transitioned to the GSuite Online Sales & Growth team. In this role, they drove adoption and expansion of Google’s productivity suite among small and medium businesses. After two successful years in this role, they were promoted to the Web and Digital Growth team within Google Cloud.

In 2018, Rojas left Google to join PagerDuty as the Director of Global Online Sales. In this role, they were responsible for PagerDuty’s online revenue growth and oversaw the customer lifecycle marketing and retention programs. After a successful year in this role, they were promoted to Senior Product Manager of Growth Strategy.

In 2020, Rojas left PagerDuty to join Moogsoft as the Vice President of Growth. In this role, they are responsible for Moogsoft’s growth strategy and execution.

Minami Rojas has a degree in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Minami is currently a professional business writer.
