Ashley Ducharme

Ashley Ducharme is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, coaching, and entrepreneurship. As the Operations Manager at Moolah Kicks since June 2022, Ashley contributes to the advancement of women's basketball through innovative performance footwear. Prior to this role, Ashley founded Stars and Back Designs, creating and selling custom art and greeting cards. Notable experiences also include a summer internship as a Training and Events Coordinator at Leadership Rhode Island, coaching basketball at Brown University and Noble and Greenough School, and various internships focused on business administration and project management. Ashley holds a degree from Brown University, having graduated in 2022.
