Roland Wiederaenders

Kyle Baer, CFA, currently serves as the Director of Corporate Development (M&A) at Datacor, Inc., where responsibilities include leading M&A efforts, sourcing over 300 proprietary software deals, and closing 9 acquisitions since September 2019. Baer is also the Principal and Founder of Elm Brook Capital, focused on acquiring B2B software companies. Additionally, Baer holds a board member position at More Than Welcome, a nonprofit supporting refugees in Central Texas. Previous roles include Associate Director of Corporate Development at Accruent, where significant contributions to M&A processes and international business development were made, along with advisory work at Farmhouse Delivery. Baer started the career at BlueTree Allied Angels as a Due Diligence Associate and spent time as a Private Equity Analyst at PNC RiverArch Capital. Education includes a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Grove City College.
