Shruti Gandhi

Shruti Gandhi has extensive work experience spanning over several years. Shruti currently holds the position of Head - Human Relations Ops at Moolya since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Vice President HR at HiveMinds from July 2021 to April 2022. Before HiveMinds, they served as an HR Director at Benison Technologies from October 2020 to July 2021. Shruti also worked as an HR Manager at Aeries from February 2020 to September 2020.

Shruti's earlier roles include being an HR Manager at InEight Inc. from January 2017 to January 2020 and an Assistant HR Manager at Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd from July 2013 to January 2017. Shruti started their career as a Software Engineer at Birlasoft from October 2009 to May 2012.

From 1990 to 2002, Shruti attended Seventh Day Adventist Higher Secondary School, where they obtained their ICSE degree in High School.

From 2002 to 2004, they studied at Methodist High School and completed their XII - ISC Board degree, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.

Between 2005 and 2009, Shruti attended Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, where they earned their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science.

In 2012 and 2013, Shruti enrolled in the School of Inspired Leadership for a PGP (Post Graduate Program) in HR.

In addition to their formal education, Shruti obtained a certification in People Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in August 2021.
