Ilay Perl

Ilay Perl is currently the Product Monetization Group Manager at Moon Active, where they lead initiatives to identify user problems and create data-driven roadmaps. They previously served as a Product Monetization Manager and Team Lead at the same company, contributing significant experience in product management and community management. Before joining Moon Active, Ilay worked as a Product Owner and a QA Engineer at Cognyte. They also have a background in software development from their time at the Israel Defense Forces - Military Intelligence and founded a social enterprise, Open Mind, focused on innovative educational platforms. Ilay holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Psychology from The Open University of Israel.
