Lauren Corcoran Emrich

Lauren Corcoran Emrich serves as the Choral Director and full-time High School Building Substitute at Moon Area School District since August 2021, and has extensive experience as a voice teacher, operating LCE Voice Studio since September 2012, as well as teaching at a home studio from April 2012 to July 2022. Emrich's background includes management at PYCO School of Music & Music Store from August 2017 to September 2020, and a graduate assistantship at The University of Akron from August 2015 to May 2017. Additional experience features roles as a substitute teacher at Shenango Jr. - Sr. High School from January 2014 to June 2015 and as a young artist with Opera Western Reserve from April 2010 to July 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Music in Voice and Opera from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Music Education from Youngstown State University.
