Mohit Saluja is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and food technology with extensive experience across various companies in the beverage industry. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Executive at Moon Beverages Ltd since April 2023, Mohit is responsible for all CSD pet lines and possesses expertise in instrumentation calibration and verification. Previously, Mohit held the role of Senior QA Executive at Parle Agro Pvt Ltd, managing mixer CSD lines and hot fill technology. At Patanjali Ayurved Limited, responsibilities included overseeing RTS products and knowledge of pasteurization processes. Early career experience includes positions at Kandhari Beverages Private Limited and Legacy Food Pvt. Ltd., focusing on quality management and operational oversight. Mohit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology from Sai Nath University and a diploma in Food Technology and Processing from Government Polytechnic College.
