Ritwik Ummalaneni

Ritwik Ummalaneni has worked in the field of robotics and digital solutions since 2015. In 2015, they were a Navigation Systems Intern at Auris Health, Inc. In 2016, they took on roles of Staff Systems Engineer, Robotics & Digital Solutions and Senior Systems Engineer, Robotics & Digital Solutions at Auris Health, now part of Ethicon Inc. In 2021, they began working as a Staff Robotics Systems Engineer at Moon Surgical.

Ritwik Ummalaneni obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology between 2010 and 2014. Ritwik then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Robotics at Northwestern University from 2014 to 2016. In 2020, Ritwik Ummalaneni obtained three certifications: Models in Engineering from MIT xPRO, Architecture of Complex Systems from MIT xPRO, and Private Pilot; Airplane Single Engine Land from the Federal Aviation Administration.
