Prior to these roles, Gonzaga held significant positions including Global Head of Executive Recruiting at Binance.US, Head of Board Search at Boardspan Inc., and various recruiting roles at Uber, Paxos, Palantir Technologies, Kaskal Executive Pte Ltd, Insight, and Clermont Holdings.
