Stefanie Broes

Stefanie Broes is the CEO and Co-Founder of moonbird, a company that provides solutions for businesses to streamline their customer success management. Prior to moonbird, Stefanie worked as a Customer Success Expert at COWBOY, where they were responsible for providing value propositions and guidance to customers throughout the sales process. Stefanie also worked as a Product Manager at Ectosense, where they were responsible for EU business development, market access, GDPR, and intellectual property aspects. Stefanie has also worked as a Fellow at the EORTC and as a PHD Researcher at KU Leuven.

Stefanie Broes has a Doctor of Philosophy from KU Leuven in Pharmaceutical Sciences, a Master of Laws from KU Leuven in IP/ICT law, a Master's degree from KU Leuven in Biomedical Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree from KU Leuven in Biomedical Sciences.
