Max Redmond Smith

Max Smith is a data and research operations specialist with extensive experience in managing data teams and enhancing operational efficiency, currently working at Moonbug Entertainment since May 2021. Previous roles include junior data and insights analyst and data and insights coordinator, where Max successfully improved data team infrastructure and supported strategic decisions through data-led analysis.
