Christopher Bolland

Christopher Bolland has extensive experience in library services and technology, currently serving as Team Leader for the Ascot Vale Library and Library Technology at Moonee Valley City Council since January 2014. Previous roles at the same council include acting coordinator positions in Adult Learning, Community Programs, and Reader Services and Marketing. Prior to this, Christopher worked at EPA - Victoria as a Knowledge Transfer Coordinator and at Civica as a Trainer/Consultant for the Spydus Library Management System. At Vision Australia, Christopher held several positions, including Information Access Librarian and Acting Manager of Information Access, achieving significant milestones such as the demonstration of the i-access online web service at Parliament House and the development of key library systems. Early career experience includes roles at Adelaide City Council and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. Christopher holds a Graduate Diploma of Information Studies from the University of South Australia and two degrees in History from the University of Adelaide.
