Kelly Pound

Kelly Pound has extensive experience in early childhood services and family support, currently serving as the Manager of Family and Children's Services at Moonee Valley City Council since March 2020. Previous roles include Early Years Coordinator at Hobsons Bay City Council, Area Manager for the Western & South West Region at Early Childhood Management Services, and Children's Services Regional Team Leader at Hume City Council. Kelly has a strong background in vocational training, having worked as a Vocational Trainer & Assessor for Kangan Institute and University of Victoria, along with various roles at Moonee Valley City Council and other organizations focused on children's services and support.
