Susan Hooper

Susan Hooper is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Susan serves as a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Moonpig, as well as an ESG Lead. In addition, Susan co-founded Chapter Zero and is a member of its Board. Other notable positions include Non Executive Director roles at Uber and EUROWAG, and Chair positions at Tangle Teezer Ltd and Carbon Gap. Susan held significant roles at Affinity Water and The Rank Group plc, focusing on governance and ESG matters. Previously, Susan was the Managing Director of British Gas Services at Centrica. Academic credentials include a BA and MA in International Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, respectively, with additional education at Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability.
