Abhijit Shirsath

Abhijit Shirsath has a diverse range of work experience in various design roles. Abhijit is currently the Director of Experience Design at Moonraft Innovation Labs, where they oversee the creative direction and quality of design projects. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Director of Experience Design at the same company.

Before joining Moonraft, Abhijit worked as a Lead Designer at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc., where they played a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions and establishing a design system practice. Abhijit also contributed to the design and implementation of an AI and ML-based COVID compliance system.

Abhijit has also worked as a User Experience Expert at POPETY, where they conducted discovery workshops and created solutions for the Singapore real estate market. Abhijit designed an app using IoT for homeowners to stay informed about their homes.

In addition, Abhijit has experience as a Design Lead at Tavisca Solutions Pvt Ltd., where they collaborated with multiple teams to strategize solutions and designed a flexible framework for a mobile website. Abhijit was also a Co Founder of Fuzicom Design Consultancy, responsible for defining the company's vision and setting up the team and design practices.

Earlier in their career, Abhijit worked as a Visualizer at Infomedia18 Ltd, a Senior Designer at ITERNIA, and a UI/UX Designer at Webwingz Software Pvt. Ltd. Abhijit also gained experience as a Communication Designer at Onio Design Pvt. Ltd.

Throughout their work experience, Abhijit has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, develop strategies, and deliver high-quality design solutions.

Abhijit Shirsath completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from Symbiosis International University, from the academic years 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Mahatma Gandhi Vidyalaya for their higher secondary education in the field of Science. Abhijit also completed their secondary education certificate (SSC) from St. John's School.

Abhijit has also obtained additional certifications in the field of UX design and artificial intelligence. In October 2020, they completed the "Persuasive UX: Harnessing Illogical Reactions" certification from LinkedIn. In January 2020, they obtained the "AI For Everyone" certification from Coursera. Additionally, in April 2019, they completed the "Usable Security" certification, also from Coursera.
