Ixchetl Villegas

Ixchetl Villegas is an experienced People Manager currently working at Moons since June 2024. Prior to this role, Ixchetl served as the Growth Lead for special projects at Elenas from March 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading the Commercial team to acquire and retain users, implementing loyalty strategies, and achieving significant growth in GMV. Ixchetl held various positions at Elenas, including People Manager for Mexico and People Business Partner, where expertise in the employee journey and talent acquisition was demonstrated. Notable previous experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Hyperion, where talent attraction processes and policies were innovated, and as a recruiter at GIN Media. Ixchetl holds a Diplomado in HR Business Partner and a degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad del Valle de México and Universidad de Londres, respectively.
