Céline CADERO- FAYARD

Céline CADERO-FAYARD has had a varied and successful career in the legal field. Céline began their career in 2002 as an M&A Legal Counsel for EADS. Céline then moved to VINCI Group-COFIROUTE in 2003 as an International Legal Counsel, and then to Sanef Abertis group as Head of the Business Legal Department. In 2008, they joined AREVA as an International Senior Legal Counsel. In 2016, they moved to Societe Generale Assurances as a Senior Legal Counsel-Business law, Digital and Data. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Moonshot-Internet as Chief Legal Officer (Moonshot-Insurance- Société Générale Assurances). In this role, they are responsible for negotiating and validating contractual documentation, accompanying digital and innovative projects for affinity insurance products, implementing and deploying the personal data protection policy, developing good internal control practices and compliance, and monitoring the corporate life of the company.

Céline CADERO- FAYARD has an extensive education history. Céline completed a Master in International Law and Management at ESSEC Business School from 2001-2002, with a mention bien. Céline then obtained a DESS in Juriste Droit des Affaires from Université Paris Cité from 1999-2000, with a mention bien and major. In 2000-2001, they obtained an LLM in International Commercial Law with Merit from the University of Kent. In 2018-2019, they obtained a Certificat de Spécialisation Délégué à la Protection des Données from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. Finally, they are currently completing a MS in Droit des Assurances at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II).
