Moti Elbilya is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in leading full stack R&D teams and managing development projects across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Engineering and R&D Team Lead at Moonshot Marketing LTD since March 2023, Moti previously held roles as R&D Team Lead at Via, Engineering Manager at Harel Insurance & Finance, Tech Lead/Cloud Architect at ActiView.io, and Senior Full Stack Developer at BMC Software. Moti has expertise in technologies such as Angular and C#, with a focus on system architecture, AI/machine learning integrations, and enterprise-scale IT automation. Moti holds a B.Sc in Software Engineering from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering, completed in 2010.
