Francesco Serravalle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, innovation, and entrepreneurship. As the founder of INNEKO, a change agency focused on supporting organizations through strategic human resource management and innovation deployment, Francesco has also established CoworkingSA, the first coworking space in Salerno dedicated to sharing economy solutions. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Moonstone Venture Capital and as a board member of Campania DIH, Francesco actively promotes digital innovation in businesses. Furthermore, Francesco co-founded the Rete Mediterranea per l'Innovazione to facilitate open innovation and works as an HR Manager at Sip&T, exploring fractional management roles. With an academic background including an Executive Programme from Luiss Business School and expertise in corporate coaching, Francesco has made significant contributions across various sectors, including education as an Investor & Advisor at Classup.it and a Lead Organizer for Startup Weekend.
