Elliott Smart

Elliott Smart is the current Associate Director at MooodyCow. Prior to this, they spent 8 years at EDF Energy in various leadership roles. As Senior Manager, Systems and Processes, they were responsible for rebuilding legacy Gross Margin, Reporting, and Business Intelligence systems to enable a cloud-based, service-driven ‘Big Data’ platform. Elliott also took an underperforming department and tripled measured productivity within 4 years by introducing DevOps culture and tools. Additionally, they served as Product Owner for a successful turnaround of a programme to deliver a Social Media cloud platform for Business customers, and Enterprise Architect and Technology Advisor for a major cost reduction and transformation programme which successfully achieved £70m per annum costs reduction across support functions throughout the UK business.
