Nandan Sharma

Nandan Sharma has a wide range of work experience, beginning with an internship at Eicher Tractors in 2009. Nandan then co-founded www.sabkuchfresh.com in 2011, which was later acquired by Paytm-backed Jugnoo. From 2012 to 2016, they held various roles at Airtel, including Senior Manager (Product Design) - New Acquisitions - Pan India, Zonal Manager - Postpaid Sales & Service Delivery, and MT (Young Leader Program), Prepaid Sales. From 2016 to 2018, they were at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd) as Associate Director - Head Sales and Ops - North & East India, where they managed the P&L for North & East India for Leasing BU and scaled Delhi from 4 to 7200+ running fleet. From 2018 to 2021, they were at CARS24, where they held the roles of Business Head and Director & National Sales Head (C2C+B2C). During this time, they setup the C2C marketplace sales vertical from scratch, and scaled it Pan-India within 12 months. Nandan also conceptualized, setup and executed on a new inventory-owned sales vertical, which resulted in margin improvement to 16%-18% of ASP from 5%-8% earlier. Nandan scaled beyond metros to tier-2 cities, setup ancillary revenue sources (insurance / extended-warranty) pan-India and scaled team size from 200 to 1100, ensuring revenue/executive & overall revenue growth in parallel. Nandan is currently at Mooofarm as Chief Business Officer.

Nandan Sharma attended St. Anne's Convent School in Chandigarh for their high school education. Nandan then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from PEC University of Technology, Chandigarh from 2006 to 2010. Afterwards, they received their Master of Business Administration - MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, they were awarded a scholarship to fund their CFA (USA) Level 2 certification from the CFA Institute, which they successfully completed in the first attempt.
