McKenna Kernaghan

McKenna Kernaghan currently serves at Moor Insights & Strategy, bringing a diverse background in healthcare coordination and administrative support. Previously, at UT Health Austin Ambulatory Surgery Center, McKenna advanced from Surgery Scheduler & Administrative Associate to Athena Coordinator & Surgical Coordinator, implementing systems that significantly increased surgical caseload and streamlined patient and partner coordination. McKenna’s experience also includes work as a Medical Scribe during the COVID-19 pandemic, where patient documentation and community outreach efforts were essential. Additional roles encompass caregiving, fundraising for community initiatives, and participation in various internships at The University of Texas at Austin. McKenna holds a B.A. in Plan II Honors, a B.S. in Athletic Training, and a minor in Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Austin Community College.
