Debbie Rapps is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in public relations, consultancy, and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Writer/Editor/Consultant for the Zuckerman STEM Leadership Program since September 2019, Debbie facilitates research collaboration in STEM fields and promotes women in STEM. As a Communications Consultant at DR-PR and Managing Director at Moore Connected Communications, Debbie has developed and implemented PR strategies for a variety of clients across multiple sectors including healthcare, technology, and nonprofit organizations. Previous positions include Director of International Development and Donor Relations at Bat Melech Shelter, Foreign Press Officer at The Israel Museum, and strategic roles at Celebros, Project EZRAH, and Lockheed Martin IMS. Debbie holds a BA in Psychology from Brooklyn College and studied at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
