Shane Waslaski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and organizations. Shane is currently a Member of the Board of Directors at Steel Encounters, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Moore Holding Company and also held a position on their Board of Directors. Shane was the Audit Committee Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors at Dakota Supply Group. Waslaski also served on the Board of Directors of the NDSU Research & Technology Park, where they worked towards enhancing investments in North Dakota State University. Shane founded Providian Holdings, LLC and served as its Founder. Waslaski held the role of GM and Vice President at Infor before transitioning to become the President and CEO of Intelligent InSites. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Myriad Mobile and as a Board Member and past Chair of the Board of Directors at Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest. Waslaski also has experience as the President of Varistar Companies.
Shane Waslaski obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from North Dakota State University, where they attended from 1994 to 1998. Shane also holds additional certifications, such as the Harvard Business: Kaplan-Norton Master Class from Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2013 and the Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) from the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) in 2001.

Moore Holding Company was born from the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) formed when Moore Engineering, Inc. became employee owned - partially in 1998 and 100% in 2004. We've seen that employees at ESOP companies act like owners because they are owners. We aim to bring employer ownership advantages to a larger group of employee owners by expanding our family of companies and fulfilling our mission of serving a sustainable community of employee owners.
