Taryn Kueneman is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of North Dakota. Currently serving as the Business Owner of Blessings and Bling LLC and as a Human Resource Generalist at Moore Holding Company, Taryn has a diverse background in human resources and management. Previous roles include Management Associate at Touchmark, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, onboarding, and employee performance management, as well as an HR Intern with the City of Grand Forks ND, where Taryn assisted in onboarding processes and coordinated the DOD Skillbridge program. Taryn’s early experience includes an Insights Intern position at Choice Bank, where data organization and cross-departmental collaboration were key components, alongside work at the UND Pancratz Center, helping students prepare for career opportunities.

Moore Holding Company was born from the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) formed when Moore Engineering, Inc. became employee owned - partially in 1998 and 100% in 2004. We've seen that employees at ESOP companies act like owners because they are owners. We aim to bring employer ownership advantages to a larger group of employee owners by expanding our family of companies and fulfilling our mission of serving a sustainable community of employee owners.
