Dan Amsden

Dan Amsden, AICP, serves as the Principal and Director of Planning and Design Services at MIG, where responsibilities also include overseeing Sacramento Operations and managing significant projects since September 2011. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager and Associate at Mintier Harnish from September 2003 to August 2011, and roles as Assistant Parks Planner at the County of San Luis Obispo, Graduate Assistant at Cal Poly State University, and Planning Technician at the County of Santa Barbara. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Planning Law from Rutgers University, a Master of City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from UC Santa Barbara.
