Scott Krauter

Scott Krauter is a seasoned geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in engineering and public works management. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Moore Twining Associates, Inc. since April 2017, Scott has previously held the role of Assistant Public Works Director for the City of Fresno, overseeing critical maintenance operations from September 2002 to March 2017. Scott also managed a team of 30 employees as Geotechnical Division Manager at Moore Twining Associates, Inc. from 1989 to 2002, focusing on geotechnical engineering reports and project testing across California. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fresno, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
