Elizabeth Satterfield

Elizabeth Satterfield currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Moore & Van Allen PLLC, overseeing comprehensive business operations and advising firm leadership on strategic initiatives. Previously, Elizabeth held various leadership roles at Proskauer Rose LLP, including Innovation & Practice Solutions Officer, where strategic design and global team leadership were primary responsibilities. At Baker Donelson, Elizabeth directed organization-wide legal project management and process improvement initiatives. Elizabeth began her career in legal practice as an associate at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, and Dennis, Corry, Porter & Smith, and has experience in recruitment. Elizabeth holds a J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law and a B.A. in History from Wake Forest University.
