Felicia Gardner

Felicia Gardner is a seasoned legal professional specializing in employee benefits and executive compensation, currently serving as a Member at Moore & Van Allen PLLC since May 2023. Felicia has extensive experience in corporate law, having held significant roles at Bank of America from October 2018 to May 2023, where Felicia advanced from Assistant General Counsel to Associate General Counsel and Senior Vice President. Prior to that, Felicia was a Partner at McGuireWoods LLP from September 2009 to September 2018, and began the career as a financial analyst at Johnson & Johnson from 2003 to 2006. Felicia holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Hampton University.
