James Roden

James Roden, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Benefits at Moore & Van Allen PLLC since March 2024. Prior to this role, James held various positions at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, including Director of Human Resources Operations, Director of Compensation & Benefits, and Compensation & HRIS Manager from June 2007 to March 2024. James has also been active in the Charlotte Association of Legal Administrators, serving on the Board of Directors in multiple capacities, including President and Treasurer, from April 2012 to March 2017. Previous experience includes roles at Ceridian and Employee Benefit Services, focusing on organizational readiness and continuous improvement. James began the professional journey as a Quality Outcomes Information Analyst at Presbyterian Hospital. James earned a Master's in Public Administration and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
