Joseph Norman

Joseph Norman is a seasoned legal professional with significant experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently a Member at Moore & Van Allen PLLC since February 2015, Joseph previously served as an Associate at K&L Gates from January 2013 to February 2015, where representations included a $275 million divestiture for a private equity-backed cable television provider and a leveraged acquisition in the revenue cycle management sector.
