Ann Sophie de Bie

Ann Sophie De Bie is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A). Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Moore Belgium since January 2021, Ann Sophie has previously held roles including Legal Manager in the same firm and Gastdocente at Odisee, specializing in corporate law education. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Legal Consultant and Legal Consultant at Deloitte Accountancy, as well as a role as a stagiaire at HVG advocaten-avocats. Ann Sophie began their career with a summer internship at Eubelius and holds a law degree from Ghent University, complemented by studies in Juridisch Frans at UCT Gent.
