Emily is a project manager with experience in Finance, Technology, and Law. By utilizing her problem-solving skills and collaborative approach to working, Emily has put the strategy into action in a wide variety of projects.

Emily helps organizations untangle their complex challenges and deliver implementable strategies by leveraging insight, analysis, and a collaborative approach.

Emily has experience delivering strategy in start-ups, FTSE 250 companies, and public organizations. Always with the customer in mind, Emily has delivered the whole change lifecycle - from designing the strategy to building a target operating model to delivering operational results.

Most recently, Emily has been leading transformational programs for the Metropolitan Police Service. Working towards the vision of Keeping London Safe, Emily leads on multiple initiatives including designing the strategy for training and deploying armed officers and implementing the new 999 local despatch capability.
