Helen Richardson

Helen joined Moorhouse in 2014 with previous consulting experience in process excellence and change enablement.

Helen's background is working on large-scale transformation projects. She is currently supporting the program management of system-wide redesign in the health sector. She has experience in designing and delivering training for IT deployments ensuring sustainable change for the client.

She has developed strong stakeholder management skills built from operating in several challenging and demanding environments.

Before entering consulting Helen completed the Teach First program as a Secondary School English Teacher. This has strengthened her presentation and core delivery skills. As well as ensuring an eye for detail.
