Holly Gray

Holly Gray is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare and life sciences strategy. Currently serving as Principal at Moorhouse since April 2023, Holly has previously held senior roles at IBM as a Senior Healthcare and Life Sciences Managing Strategy Consultant and at Rabin Martin as Director. Prior experience includes Head of CSR and Public Affairs at Bupa Global and various roles at Bupa, culminating as a General Management Graduate Trainee. Holly's earlier career includes positions at Ashford and St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Legg Mason, and UBS Investment Bank. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Public Health from Imperial College London, a Public Health module from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from the Mountbatten Program, and a BSc in Anthropology from UCL.
