Kevin has ten years experience of in delivering large-scale complex transformation Programmes for Public and Private sector clients. His experience includes Portfolio and Programme Management, Change Management, Target Operating Model, and Performance Improvement.

He has strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of delivering sustainable change across a broad range of industry sectors including Life Sciences, Transport, Telco, Media & Technology, as well as the Public Sector.

Kevin brings the significant recent experience of delivering transformation within the Government and Public Services sector, supporting organizations to deliver their strategic ambitions by designing and implementing successful change programs.

Kevin brings a blended background to Moorhouse. Before joining Moorhouse, Kevin was a consultant within Accenture’s Communications, Media, and Technology sector specializing in the supply chain, sourcing, procurement, and operational excellence. Kevin is also a qualified Solicitor and completed his legal training at Ireland’s leading corporate law firm.
