Lewis helps organizations understand their customers' needs and supports service design to improve customer outcomes. He has experience delivering and assuring large-scale customer-centric programs across Government and in Energy & utility organizations.
Most recently, Lewis has provided delivery and assurance advisory across multiple policy initiatives aimed at improving customer experience in the retail energy sector. Lewis works shoulder to shoulder with energy suppliers, software developers, and infrastructure providers to ensure that the customer is at the heart of technology change in the industry.
Previously, he supported a Government agency in their overhaul of an industry-wide recruitment process. This involved working with stakeholders from key business functions to map the candidate journey and support procurement of a best-in-class contact center and CRM platform.
In his spare time, Lewis enjoys both watching and taking part in theatre productions. He has performed in musicals and plays across Scotland and London. He enjoys exploring new places and is fond of city breaks, particularly the part where he gets to sample the cuisines on offer.
