Natasha Black

Natasha has over 9 years of experience shaping and implementing the system and service improvement in the UK and Australian health sector, both as a consultant and through leadership roles in NHS provider and commissioning organizations.

Natasha works with the government, commissioning, provider, and a range of other organizations to support the development of strategic goals and plans as well as the delivery of programs and projects within the health sector.

Natasha recently consulted with a range of health professionals to lead the development of a 5-year strategic and implementation plan for cancer services in an area of Australia, aimed at enabling the region to become national leaders in cancer survival rates. She also led a review of mental health services for children and young people in a UK region, to understand existing commissioning and provider arrangements, barriers to optimal care, and opportunities for improvement.
