Tom Cooper-Woolley

Tom is one of their People and Change Service Line Leaders, and brings over 10 years of experience in navigating the people side of transformational change, from organization design through to change adoption and measurement.

Tom focuses on helping prepare and enables staff and leaders to adopt sustainable change, having delivered sustainable people-based change in multiple sectors including Financial Services, Government and Policing, Life Sciences, and Telecomms. Before Moorhouse Tom worked for EY, gaining experience in delivering technology-enabled change, HR and L&D transformation, organizational design, and behavioral change.

Tom has significant experience as a Learning and Leadership professional, with a track record of successfully designing and delivering change and learning interventions covering business skills, leadership, and technical subject matter. Tom also has a proven track record as a leader of people, having effectively led operational and program teams of varying sizes and technical disciplines.
