Shay Serres

Director of Customer Success & Logistics at Moov Technologies

Shay Serres has a diverse background in various roles and industries. They began their career in 2012 as a Lifeguard/Swim Instructor for the City of Hillsboro. In 2015, Shay interned as a Company Intern for Young Entrepreneurs Business Week. They then joined Z Gallerie as a Sales Associate in 2015 and later transitioned to the role of Visual Merchandiser. In 2018, Shay became an Assistant Store Manager at Z Gallerie.

In 2016, Shay worked as a Universal Associate for Umpqua Bank. They then joined Cost Plus World Market in 2019, initially as a Logistics Supervisor responsible for logistics and visual set processes. Later on, Shay took on the role of Sales Associate.

Since 2020, Shay has been working at Moov Technologies Inc. where they started as part of the Logistics & Customer Success department and successfully managed and shipped millions of dollars worth of used semiconductor equipment. They then progressed to the position of Senior Customer Success & Logistics Specialist and eventually became the Customer Success & Logistics Manager. Currently, Shay holds the position of Director of Customer Success & Logistics at Moov. Their responsibilities include managing a global client base, handling accounts receivable/payable, and overseeing due diligence.

Shay Serres completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from Portland State University - School of Business in 2020. Before that, they obtained an Associate of Science Oregon Transfer Degree in Business from Portland Community College in 2017. Shay's education journey started at Liberty High School, where they earned their diploma in 2014.
