Jemima Takyi has worked in customer service for many years. Jemima began their career at Tech Mahindra in March 2014 and quickly rose to the role of customer service representative. In this role, Jemima was responsible for managing large amounts of incoming calls, identifying and assessing customers’ needs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Jemima was also responsible for resolving customer complaints and building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

In August 2017, Jemima left Tech Mahindra to join Forever Living International. In their current role at Moove, Jemima is continuing their work in customer service, helping customers with their needs and providing them with accurate information. Jemima is dedicated to their work and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Jemima Takyi has a degree in accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. Jemima also has a degree in accounting from the University of Professional Studies.
