Katie Z.

Katie Z. has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Katie began their career at 24 Hour Fitness as a Human Resources Information Processing Lead from 2002 to 2005. Katie then joined WageWorks, where they quickly advanced from an Account Manager to an Implementation Specialist and eventually a Project Manager. During their time at WageWorks from 2006 to 2010, they successfully implemented COBRA and FSA plans for multiple clients each month.

In 2013, Katie Z. worked as a Lead Benefits System Administrator at Willis Towers Watson, where they were responsible for administering benefits systems. Katie then transitioned to Kaiser Permanente in 2014, working as a Business Analyst until 2016.
