Narayan Karanth

Narayan Karanth is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Managing Director at Morae since November 2023, Narayan Karanth also holds the position of Director and Head of Legal Services & Immigration at Exigent Group Limited since May 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing immigration and legal departments, tech solutions, and data security policies. Prior roles include Legal Consultant at the High Court of Karnataka from May 2003 to April 2014, Executive Vice-President (Legal Services) at Manthan Legal, and Judicial Officer within the Karnataka Judiciary. Narayan Karanth began legal practice as an Advocate in the Trial Court from 1992 to 1998. An alumnus of SDM Law College, Narayan Karanth earned an LLB degree, specializing in Jurisprudence, Criminal Law, and Law of Torts and Contracts.
