Susan Chapdelaine

Susan Chapdelaine is an experienced professional in information governance, currently serving as an Industry Expert while self-employed since June 2018. Prior to this, Susan held the position of Managing Director at Morae Legal from October 2015 and at Hildebrandt Baker Robbins from August 2010 to October 2011. Between October 2011 and October 2015, Susan was a Partner at CCIM Consulting. Additionally, Susan worked as Managing Director at Huron Consulting Group from October 2005 to August 2010 and as a Consultant at the Records Improvement Institute from 1993 to 2005. Early in Susan's career, a role as a Records Analyst at Harvard Business School was undertaken from 1984 to 1985. Susan holds a Master of Library Science degree from the University of Rhode Island, obtained between 1982 and 1984, and a Bachelor of Arts in History, received from the same institution between 1975 and 1979.
