Revd Professor Peter M. Gubi Ph.D., Thd, Dmin

Revd Professor Peter M. Gubi, PhD, ThD, DMin, currently serves as a Full Professor of Counselling and Spiritual Accompaniment at the University of Chester, with extensive experience in academia and ministry. Since November 2013, Gubi has held various roles at the University of Chester, including Programme Leader for multiple doctoral and research programmes until August 2021. Gubi is also an Honorary Professor in Practical Theology at Teofilo Kisanji University and has been a Minister in various Moravian churches since 2010, currently serving in multiple capacities. In addition to academic and ministerial roles, Gubi operates a private practice as a counsellor, supervisor, and spiritual director, specializing in clergy support. Gubi possesses a significant academic background with multiple advanced degrees and professional accreditations in counselling, psychotherapy, and theology.
