Brian Oswald

Brian Oswald is the current Chair at Moravian College. Brian has extensive experience in the financial industry, having previously worked as the Managing Director at GSC Group, Chief Financial Officer at Prospect Capital Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer and Controller at Capital Trust Inc. and Magic Solutions, Inc.

Oswald has coordinated all aspects of accounting, consolidation, banking, financing, and financial modeling and reporting for the structured finance group including 13 managed CDOs, an externally managed REIT, a distressed bond fund and a long/short hedge fund. Brian has also managed relationships with investors, bankers and auditors on accounting, business combination, REIT and 40-Act issues; and facilitated filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

At Prospect Capital Corporation, Oswald led and managed relationships with analysts, investors, lenders, investment bankers, the Securities and Exchange Commission and auditors. Brian was also responsible for coordinating all aspects of the finance function for a public business development company that lends to and invests in middle market privately-held companies.

Oswald has been working in the financial industry since 1996 and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience over the years. Brian is a highly respected figure in the industry and is well-equipped to provide insights and advice on financial matters.

Brian Oswald has a BA in Accounting from Moravian University.
